What to do
- Unplug and try again after 30 seconds
- Try a different charger or a different cable if using your own
- Check the dashboard for additional warning messages
- On Renault ZOE: the chameleon charger is sensitive to grid quality. Try a different location
- If the fault appears every time, book a service appointment
