EVCourse provides a free tool for estimating whether an electric vehicle fits your lifestyle. By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We are not responsible for variances between estimates and actual real-world performance.

Terms and Conditions

EVCourse is a calculator that helps you estimate EV range and charging needs based on your driving patterns. It uses manufacturer data and real-world adjustments for temperature and battery degradation.

• We reserve the right to add sponsors, affiliate links, or advertising with reasonable advance notice

Disclaimers and Limitations

• Accuracy: Real-world EV performance varies significantly based on driving style, terrain, weather, and vehicle condition. Our estimates are approximations and should not be relied upon as exact predictions.
• Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
• Support: Support inquiries may be directed to nina@userium.com, however, we do not guarantee response times or resolution of issues.
• Feature Development: We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at our sole discretion.

User Responsibilities

• You agree to conduct independent research and not rely solely on this tool for vehicle purchase decisions.
• You agree not to attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the proper functioning of the service.
• You acknowledge that EVCourse is not liable for any purchase decisions or outcomes resulting from use of this calculator.

Data & Privacy

Your configuration data (driving patterns, temperature, etc.) is stored locally in your browser and encoded in share URLs. We do not maintain a database of user data. We use Vercel Analytics for aggregate traffic statistics (page views, geographic regions) but do not track individual users or use tracking cookies. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

EVCourse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. EVCourse and its operators shall not be liable for any decisions made based on the calculations provided by this service. This service provides informational tools only and does not constitute professional advice.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. The courts of Finland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine all issues that may arise under or in relation to these terms.

Assignment & Transfer

We reserve the right to transfer, assign, or sell this service and these terms to another party. You agree that your use of the service will continue under the new owner, and you'll be notified of any ownership changes via a prominent notice on the site.

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and EVCourse regarding the use of this service.
