Critical
The Alpitronic Hypercharger determined that the connected vehicle is not compatible. This usually means the vehicle requested parameters outside what the charger supports, or the protocol negotiation failed.
What to do
- Try unplugging and plugging in again
- Check if your vehicle has a pending software update
- Try a different connector type if your vehicle supports both CCS and CHAdeMO
- Some older EVs have compatibility issues with newer high-power chargers. Try a lower-power charger
