This is general guidance based on the ChargeX MREC standard. Actual charger behavior varies by manufacturer and firmware version. Always follow on-screen instructions and contact the charging network if you are unsure.

Warning

Your account has reached the maximum number of simultaneous charging sessions allowed by this network. Some networks limit you to one active session at a time.

What to do

  1. Check the network's app and end any active sessions you are not using
  2. If a previous session is stuck, contact the network's support to clear it
  3. Wait for your other session to finish before starting a new one
