What to do
- Try tapping your RFID card or payment card again. Hold it steady for 2 to 3 seconds
- Use the network's app to start the session instead
- Check if your account has a valid payment method on file
- Try a contactless bank card if your RFID card is not working
- If all methods fail, try a different charger or network
