Power Module Offline (Tritium)

Updated March 2026

Share

This is general guidance based on the ChargeX MREC standard. Actual charger behavior varies by manufacturer and firmware version. Always follow on-screen instructions and contact the charging network if you are unsure.

Warning

One or more power modules in the Tritium charger are offline. The charger may still work but at reduced power output. For example, a 150 kW charger might only deliver 75 kW.

What to do

  1. Check the charger display for the available power level
  2. If the reduced power is acceptable, continue charging
  3. If you need full speed, try a different charger
  4. Report the fault to the network so a technician can restore full capacity

Who's responsible?

  • This is likely a charger hardware issue
  • The charging network operator needs to fix this
