What Does Coolant Flow Low (Tritium) Mean on an EV Charger?
Updated March 2026
This is general guidance based on Tritium Charging. Actual charger behavior varies by manufacturer and firmware version. Always follow on-screen instructions and contact the charging network if you are unsure. If anything looks or feels unsafe, stop charging and move away from the charger.
The coolant flow rate in the Tritium charger's liquid cooling system is below the required level. This can happen due to a pump failure, coolant leak, or air in the cooling lines.
