Updated March 2026

Share

This is general guidance based on the ChargeX MREC standard. Actual charger behavior varies by manufacturer and firmware version. Always follow on-screen instructions and contact the charging network if you are unsure.

Critical

The Tritium charger detected a problem with its incoming AC power supply. This could be a grid voltage issue, a breaker trip, or a wiring fault at the installation.

What to do

  1. This is a site infrastructure issue. There is nothing a driver can do
  2. Try a different charger at the same location. It may be on a separate circuit
  3. If all chargers at the site show this error, the site may have a power supply problem
  4. Report the issue to the charging network

Who's responsible?

  • This is likely a charger hardware issue
  • The charging network operator needs to fix this
