Warning
The Power Line Communication (PLC) between the charger and your vehicle failed. CCS DC fast chargers use PLC to negotiate charging parameters. If this fails, DC charging cannot start.
What to do
- Unplug and retry. PLC failures are sometimes caused by electrical noise
- Try a different CCS connector on the same charger if available
- Try a different charger entirely
- If this happens consistently with your vehicle, check for a vehicle software update
