This is general guidance based on the ChargeX MREC standard. Actual charger behavior varies by manufacturer and firmware version. Always follow on-screen instructions and contact the charging network if you are unsure.

Warning

The Efacec charger's touchscreen is frozen or unresponsive. The charger hardware may still be functional behind the screen.

What to do

  1. Try tapping firmly in different areas
  2. Check if the charger has a physical start button or RFID reader that works independently
  3. Try starting the session through the network's app
  4. If nothing works, move to a different charger and report the screen issue

  • The charging network operator needs to fix this
