Updated March 2026

Share

This is general guidance based on the ChargeX MREC standard. Actual charger behavior varies by manufacturer and firmware version. Always follow on-screen instructions and contact the charging network if you are unsure.

Critical

The Delta charger detected that its output voltage does not match the requested level from the vehicle. This safety check prevents sending incorrect voltage to the battery.

What to do

  1. Unplug and try again. A retry sometimes resolves voltage matching issues
  2. Try a different connector on the same charger
  3. If the error persists, the charger may have a power supply fault. Use a different charger
  4. Report the issue to the network operator

Who's responsible?

  • This is likely a charger hardware issue
