Warning
The cable is stretched tight between the charger and your vehicle. Excessive tension can cause the connector to partially disengage or damage the charge port.

- Reposition your car closer to the charger if possible
- Approach from the other direction if the charge port is on the opposite side
- Never force or pull a taut cable. This can damage the connector and your charge port
- Some chargers have longer cables on certain connectors. Check if another connector reaches
