The charger failed its cable check phase before delivering power. This can include an isolation failure, meaning the charger detected a potential electrical safety issue.

What to do

  1. Unplug and inspect the cable and connector for visible damage
  2. Try a different connector on the same charger
  3. Move to a different charger if available
  4. Report the unit if the cable appears damaged
