Warning
The charger does not detect a cable connection. For chargers with a fixed cable, the connector may not be fully inserted. For chargers requiring your own cable, the cable may not be plugged in on the charger side.
What to do
- Check both ends of the cable: the vehicle side and the charger side
- Push the connector firmly into the port until it clicks
- For Type 2 AC chargers, make sure your own cable is securely connected to the charger socket first
- Check for debris or ice in the connector or port
