Critical

You can smell burning or see smoke coming from the charger, cable, or connector. This is a serious safety issue that requires immediate action.

What to do

  1. Stop charging immediately if it is safe to press the emergency stop or unplug
  2. Move away from the charger
  3. Call emergency services if there is active smoke or flames
  4. Report to the charging network urgently
