Charger screen broken or unreadable? Scan what you can see.

The situation

The charger screen is cracked, partially blacked out, or glitching. You can see fragments of text or icons but cannot piece together the full picture. You do not know if the charger is actually functional, if it is in an error state, or if you can still start a session despite the damaged display.

How the scanner helps

Scan whatever is visible on the screen. The scanner tries to identify the charger's state from partial information, recognized icons, visible text fragments, and LED indicators. It tells you whether the charger is likely functional and suggests trying to authorize even if the screen is not fully readable.

What to do

  1. 1

Scan any visible portion of the broken screen

  2. 2

Check the scanner's assessment of whether the charger appears functional

  3. 3

Look for LED status lights or indicators the scanner can identify

  4. 4

Try authorizing via app or RFID if the scanner indicates the charger may still work

  5. 5

Move to a different charger if the scanner cannot identify a working state
